Interpath USA Inc. aims to fully support all legitimate return, refunds, credit or exchange claims.

Before processing a refund request, please email info@interpath.global outlining why you wish to receive a refund for your product so we can assist you with the most efficient method to process your enquiry.

4CYTE™ Palatability Guarantee

If your horse or dog refuses to take 4CYTE™ Epiitalis® Forte, you must notify us in writing at info@interpath.global. You will be given instructions on how to receive a refund. An original invoice within 30 days of purchase will be required in order to process a refund.

Note: This does not include any shipping charges. This policy only applies to products purchased via the 4CYTE™ USA website (www.4cyte.global), or a veterinary clinic located in the USA.

SECTION TWO – CREDITS AND REFUNDS FOR LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

Credits or refunds will only be issued on stock lost or damaged during transit if Interpath USA Inc. is notified of such loss or damage within 7 working days of dispatch.

No Credit will be forthcoming on lost goods where the consignee has signed for the delivery as “delivered in full”.

Refunds (if applicable)

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@interpath.global
